Development Update – Possible Slower News & Progress Updates
We want to give the community a small but important update regarding development progress and future news posts.
Development on Cross State Line RP is still continuing, and we are still working on the future vMenu server, custom dispatch system, documentation, scripts, and other planned systems.
However, news articles and development updates may become a little less frequent for a while.
Why Updates May Slow Down
The owner of CSLRP is starting a new job, which includes a minimum six-month training course. This training will require a lot of studying and will also involve being outside of the country for multiple weeks at a time.
Because of this, the time available for development, testing, and writing regular news updates may be more limited than usual.
This does not mean development is stopping. It simply means progress and communication may temporarily move at a slower pace.
CSLRP Remains a Passion Project
Cross State Line RP has always been, and still is, a passion project.
Everyone involved works on this community in their own free time, alongside real-life responsibilities such as work, study, family, and personal commitments.
Because of that, we want to remain realistic and transparent with the community. We do not want to rush development or force updates just for the sake of posting something.
Quality, stability, and the long-term health of the project remain more important than speed.
What This Means Going Forward
You can still expect updates when there is something meaningful to share.
This may include:
- Development progress
- Script previews
- Documentation updates
- Website or infrastructure changes
There may simply be a little more time between updates, depending on availability.
