Rules

Please read and follow our community guidelines

  1. Respect All Players and Staff: Treat all players, staff, and the community with respect at all times, both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC). Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. No Discriminatory Behavior: Racism, sexism, hate speech, harassment, or any form of discrimination is strictly forbidden.
  3. Stay In-Character: Maintain immersion by staying in-character and avoiding references to game mechanics or OOC topics during active roleplay.
  4. Fear Roleplay (FearRP): Your character must value their life and act realistically in dangerous or life-threatening situations.
  5. No Metagaming: Using out-of-character information to influence in-character decisions is prohibited.
  6. No Powergaming: Forcing outcomes on other players or performing unrealistic actions is not allowed.
  7. No Random Deathmatch (RDM): Attacking or killing players without proper roleplay build-up is forbidden.
  8. No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Using a vehicle as a weapon without roleplay reasoning is not allowed.
  9. Realistic Crime Roleplay: Criminal activities must be realistic, reasonable, and appropriate to your character.
  10. New Life Rule (NLR): After character death, you must forget all events leading up to that death and may not return to the scene.
  11. Financial Integrity: All financial transactions must make sense within roleplay and may not exploit game mechanics.
  12. Justified Assets: Characters may only own assets that are justified by their roleplay background and income.
  13. Robbery Rules: Robberies must follow proper setup, scale, and escalation.
  14. Appropriate Driving Behavior: Driving style must match your character and situation.
  15. Realistic Vehicle Modifications: Vehicle modifications must be realistic and not exploit server mechanics.
  16. Respect Law Enforcement Roleplay: Players must engage realistically and respectfully with law enforcement roleplay.
  17. Respect Medical Roleplay: EMS and medical roleplay procedures must be followed realistically.
  18. Voice Chat Rules: Voice chat must remain in-character unless clearly stated otherwise.
  19. OOC Chat Etiquette: Out-of-character chat must be kept minimal and purposeful.
  20. Proper Reporting: Rule violations must be reported through the proper channels with evidence.
  21. Respectful Appeals: Appeals must be respectful, structured, and constructive.
  22. No Cheating or Hacking: The use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software is strictly forbidden.
  23. No Exploiting Mechanics: Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain is not allowed.
  24. Community Event Conduct: Organized events may not be disrupted or sabotaged.
  25. Constructive Feedback Only: Suggestions and feedback must be constructive and non-disruptive.
  26. Staff Discretion: Staff may act on unrealistic, immersion-breaking, or harmful behavior even if not explicitly listed.
  27. Staff Agreement on Severe Punishments: Serious punishments require agreement from multiple staff members unless the violation is clear-cut.
  28. Rule Agreement: By playing on the server, you agree to all rules and future updates.
  29. Punishment Escalation: Repeated violations will result in escalated punishments.
  30. Streaming Rules: Streaming on the server must follow all rules and must not result in metagaming.
  31. Copyrighted Content: The use of copyrighted content in-game or on-stream is not permitted.
Important

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans. Staff decisions are final.
