UER is focused on realistic roleplay, teamwork, and delivering high-quality emergency response experiences.

Requirements
- Must be part of the CSLRP community Discord
- Basic understanding of realistic roleplay
- Ability to communicate clearly under pressure
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Minimum age as defined by server rules
- No prior fire or medical experience required
Training and guidance will be provided for all new members.
The UER combines fire, medical, and rescue services into one unified department to improve coordination and response efficiency.
Responders are expected to work together across disciplines, adapting to the needs of each situation. Whether it is a medical emergency, structure fire, or rescue operation, teamwork is key.
While procedures and guidelines are in place, not every scenario can be predefined. Responders must act in good faith and use judgment based on training and experience.
Progression is based on activity, teamwork, and demonstrated capability rather than strict hour requirements.
