The Staff Department is responsible for maintaining a fair, enjoyable, and professional environment across the entire server.

Staff members oversee gameplay, assist players, and ensure that all rules are followed in good faith. Their role is not only enforcement, but also guidance and support for the community.

The goal of the Staff Department is to keep roleplay smooth, resolve issues efficiently, and help players have the best possible experience within CSLRP.

Every decision is made with fairness, transparency, and the long-term health of the community in mind.

Requirements

  • Must be an active and trusted member of the CSLRP community
  • Strong understanding of server rules and realistic roleplay
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
  • Good communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to act unbiased and in good faith
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required
