Development Update: Progress Towards Opening
We want to give the community a small update on where CSLRP currently stands.
Over the past period, a lot of work has been done behind the scenes. The foundation of the server is now in place, and many of the core systems are already being built, tested, and adjusted. This includes important gameplay systems, server infrastructure, internal tools, and the overall base needed to move CSLRP closer to opening.
That being said, we are not rushing the release.
There are still several systems that need to be finished, polished, or tested properly before we feel comfortable opening the server to the public. This includes things such as gang-related systems, police systems, balancing, small fixes, finishing touches, clothing, hairstyles, and general quality improvements.
Our goal is not to announce a release date too early and then rush towards it. Instead, we want to open when the server feels ready enough for players to properly enjoy it. CSLRP does not need to be perfect on day one, but the core experience needs to be stable, playable, and enjoyable.
Before opening, we also plan to start showing more of the server through previews, promotional content, and possibly development streams. These may include behind-the-scenes looks at systems being built, previews of features, and small showcases of what players can expect.
For now, development continues at a steady pace. We are working on the server when time and motivation allow, and we would rather take the time needed than force an unfinished launch.
Thank you to everyone who continues to follow the project, support the community, and stay patient while CSLRP moves closer to opening.
